URGENT HELP REQUIRED - DONATIONS NEEDED

Victoria is burning again and so is everything the wildlife depends on to survive.

The forests.
The shelter.
The food.
The safety

And while we watch the maps turn red and while smoke darkens the sky there is a quieter devastation unfolding where the cameras don’t linger.

Out there right now, koalas are crying from scorched trees, their paws burned raw.

Kangaroos and wallabies are stumbling on blistered feet over melted ground.

Birds are falling from the sky, lungs full of smoke.

Reptiles are emerging from hiding places that no longer exist.

The fires that began a week ago have already burned more than 400,000 hectares, destroyed 700+ structures, and emergency warnings remain active across Victoria.

And then comes the part that breaks hearts.

When the flames pass… the suffering doesn’t.

This is the aftermath. The long, relentless work no one sees.
Burns that must be cleaned again and again.
Fluids given drop by drop.
Pain relief.

Tiny orphaned joeys crying for mothers who will never return.

Wildlife carers collapsing into chairs at 2am, only to get up again because another call has come in.

There are no days off.
No “after hours.”
No pause button when an animal is screaming in pain.

These carers are the quiet heroes of every fire season.
They don’t have PR teams.

They have bandages, syringes, pouches, heat pads, and mounting vet bills.

And an endless stream of animals who didn’t start these fires but are paying the price with their bodies.

Victoria is under a declared State of Disaster in multiple areas.

So today, I am asking you from the deepest place in my heart, please help us help them.
